TRASH & RECYCLING SERVICES
Important Notice: Wildgrass at Rockrimmon Metropolitan District Homeowners:
The Board of Directors selected a new trash company for the community.
HBS will be dropping off new trash receptacles on December 17th. The service contract allows each home to have 3 extra bags on trash pickup day, which will change to Tuesdays.
The HBS trash contract does not take effect until January 2026, with the first pickup scheduled for Tuesday, January 6. Therefore, please continue using your current trash containers. The Waste Management contract ends Dec. 31st, 2025, and they are supposed to pick up their receptacles once service has stopped. We will notify you by email on that day once we get confirmation. Thank you.

- Common area landscape maintenance
- Common area snow removal
- Sidewalks adjacent to District-owned land and around mailboxes will periodically be plowed and/or shoveled and deiced during snowstorms after 2" or more of snow has accumulated. As snow diminishes or stops, these areas will be plowed and/or shoveled and deiced to their full length and width to the extent reasonably possible.
- Weekly trash and bi-weekly recycling (recycling service every other Friday on GREEN weeks)

- Covenant control and enforcement

Design Guidelines & Review Process
DESIGN REVIEW
The Covenants and Restrictions for the Wildgrass at Rockrimmon Metropolitan District require that a homeowner receive approval from the Architectural Review Committee PRIOR to implementation.

The Homeowner Design Guidelines provide further information and a list of pre-approved improvements.
